Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

By default we ship through IndiaPost Speedpost or through DTDC. In case if you prefer any other services, get in touch with us through our whatsApp chat or add it as special instruction while placing the order.
- For International Shipments, Please place your order through WhatsApp.
- For custom handloom orders, please reach out to us through WhatsApp.
- Once we pass the shipment to the courier service and tracking details is shared with you, it is the courier agencies service policies that govern the delivery timeline and delivery methods. We don't take any responsibilities for any unforeseen delays or delivery attempts from the courier partner.
- We don't accept any responsibilities for incorrect address provided while placing the order. Any returns occur due to address or contact information wrongly input will attract additional re-shipping charges.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.

Free Shipping: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders exceeding certain order values and based on shipping destination. Free shipping eligibility and options will be calculated at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Saroya.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
We only allow returns for damaged or wrong products sent. We thoroughly check each product before it is shipped. However in case there is any damage that was missed during our quality check process you can contact us for a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Opening video is a must for return eligibility and you need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Additionally we do not entertain returns based on the below :
1. Fabric & Handfeel Disclaimer"We provide detailed descriptions of the fabric (e.g., Silk Blend, Organza, Georgette) for every saree. However, 'feel' and 'fall' are subjective qualities. We do not accept returns based on the customer’s personal expectation of the fabric’s texture, weight, or softness, provided the material matches the product description."
2. Color Variation Disclaimer
"At Saroya, we use professional lighting for our product shoots. Because digital screens (mobile vs. laptop) display colours differently, a 5–10% variation in shade is possible. Returns or exchanges will not be entertained for minor colour differences or 'brightness' discrepancies."
3. Handloom/Craft Authenticity
"Minor irregularities in weaving, print placement, or small thread overlaps are characteristic of hand-crafted sarees and are not considered defects. These variations do not qualify for a return."
The Return Process

Initiate: Contact us at contact@saroya.in with your Order ID.

Return: Return should be shipped at own cost within 2 business days.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

Refund: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
